What drives me?

Already at the end of my studies it became clear to me that I did not want to pursue the classic path of a plant engineer. Instead, I was fascinated by new technologies and business models – and how to successfully bring them to market. After considering founding my own startup, I decided to work with and within startups to combine innovation with execution. This path naturally led me into the energy transition, where technological innovation and systemic change go hand in hand.

Why Eternal Power?

I first came across Eternal Power while I was at H2UB, when I had the opportunity to work with them during one of our programmes. I later joined the team at a pivotal moment in the development of the Hydrogen-as-a-Service business and the establishment of the strategic partnership. The team’s strong focus on execution aligns perfectly with my ambition to contribute to scalable, impactful solutions for a decarbonised energy system.

Short profile

Aljoscha is a results-oriented professional with a PhD in (Bio-)Chemical Engineering. He has proven experience in building partnerships, scaling ecosystems and driving business development in the hydrogen and energy sector. He is passionate about connecting technology, industry and strategy to accelerate the energy transition.
